After years of planning and dreading the results of any remodeling construction work, the almost accidental walk in your office and talk with your friendly assistant Anna on two occasions, seems like my lucky chance to me now. Our project manager was always available to answer questions, proactive about potential problems, and there was a constant flow of tradesmen working on the house. Paula and John Steptoe "Yoder Homes & Remodeling completed an internal remodel of our home in late 2008. Throughout, my husband and I found Denny Yoder professional, competent and reliable as were all of his tradesmen. Communications were excellent, in view of the fact that we live in the UK, this could have been quite difficult. However, with regular e-mails and telephone calls, the process was simple. I even chose my new staircase on the internet, sitting in my study in the UK. Denny dealt with all permitting issues and completed new ceilings, construction, new bathrooms, kitchens and cabinetry. Denny fitted new floor tile and trim throughout. Our home was repainted, and all lighting was renewed. Denny also oversaw refurbishment of our pool and spa and some external cosmetic changes.

He worked well with our other tradesmen, notably the company installing our media, who I can also highly recommend. The crew were sympathetic and courteous to my neighbours and the requirements of the housing association. Everything was left clean and all construction debris was removed and even the driveway cleaned. Nothing was too much trouble, even filling the fridge before our christmas arrival. I cannot recommend Denny, Shawn and the team highly enough. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to get in touch."

Carol Auricchio "We hired Yoder Homes to do a commercial renovation of our two bathrooms at our community pool. We had an interior flooding problem that was getting worse by the day and the entire floor had to be ripped out and regraded to a central floor drain. In addition, the moisture had travelled up the walls and created a real issue. The partitions were warping and rusted and totally replaced. All the work was done correctly and all items on our proposal completed to our specs. We couldn't be happier!

The workers were very neat and clean and respectful of all the residents at the pool. Excellent company and I highly recommend them!"

Happy Client "Yoder Homes did the remodel/update of our Condo in downtown Sarasota. Most of the plans were made long distance over the phone and internet. We have used many contractors and had not very pleasant experiences. Denny and his crew were GREAT! I do not have a single complaint. They completed the job in the time they said they would and did high quality work. They were one step ahead on each task, made little fixes without being asked. I felt that Yoder homes went the extra mile and did a great job.

Happy Client "We hired Yoder Homes to do a complete remodel of our 1965 ranch on Bird Key. This was the 4th time we were going to hire a builder, so we had lots of experience. I interviewed 4 local builders and chose Yoder Homes based on Angie List reviews, price, professionalism and management skills.

They were outstanding! They actually used project management software to list out all tasks associated with the project, with timelines, dates, contractor info, etc. There was a "foreman" Bill that showed up promptly at 7:50am every morning. Bill managed all aspects of the day-to-day activity that was to be done and kept us completely informed of progress. Scott was our Project Manager, he was on sight at some point to check in almost every day. Scott and Bill were available to answer any questions 24/7.

Everyone that worked for Yoder Homes was respectful, professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of construction.

They did an outstanding job and finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule!
